Our Story

Welcome to Al Pal, where movement is magic! Created by Allie Fogel, Al Pal is dedicated to inspiring kids and families through dance, fitness, and imaginative play.
 

Allie is a passionate kid’s media content creator, performer, and choreographer with a vibrant career that spans Disney, Nickelodeon, and Sesame Street Live. Some of her most favorite roles include playing "Elmo" on Sesame Street Live, playing "Gil" in Nickelodeon's Bubble Guppies Live, performing in the Macy's Day Parade and performing at Disney World in the meet and greets and parades. 

Most recently, Allie choreographed for Disney’s "Create Your World" series, hosted a new kids’ show series for the Alaska SeaLife Center, and brought the magic of movement to audiences as the creator of the "Al Pal" YouTube channel. 
 

Allie has also worked on many major hit shows as a casting and talent producer. Some of her favorite credits include American Idol and American's Got Talent, as well as working on new singing shows with Republic Records and Nickelodeon. Allie is also a proud instructor for SitGrit, a organization partnered with Mt. Sinai Hospital in NYC that hosts seated fitness classes for people of all abilities. Allie has also worked on Disney Jr's creative development team and Disney Interactive's social media team. 

With years of professional experience as a performer and expertise in creative development, Allie combines her love of movement with storytelling to create engaging, joyful experiences for kids of all abilities.
